1995 - 1996 Systems Administrator.  Better Business Bureau of Central Florida, Winter Park, FL.  Maintained and supported all computer hardware and software for the organization serving 14 central Florida counties.  Provided on-call 24/7 service and support for mission-critical servers consisting of SCO Unix-based Progress database server and the interactive voice response (IVR) and fax-on-demand servers.

1992 – 1995 Software Engineer.  Datamax Corporation, Orlando, FL.  Designed and tested custom assembler and C code for printing and magnetic swipe reader devices.  Created test software for configuring and testing company products.  Prepared and organized demonstration hardware and materials for trade shows.  Maintained files for all customer special application requests.  Prepared international shipping documents.  Utilized test equipment/tools such as volt-ohm meter, EPROM programmers/erasers and cable assembly/soldering tools.
